Rhonda Mouton, Founder
Rhonda Mouton, President & CEO of The WISE Brand, has dedicated her professional and personal life to the empowerment and upliftment of communities throughout the New Orleans, La. and Charlotte, NC areas. She has been at the forefront of successful entrepreneurial ventures for over a decade. Mouton was the owner and director of a child care center in New Orleans, Louisiana for nine years. She later branched out to media, financing and co-founding a Charlotte, NC based publication.
In 2009, Rhonda launched her own publication W.I.S.E Magazine. WI.S.E an acronym for Walking In Spiritual Excellence is a contemporary magazine. It highlights resources for a diverse target audience that encourages living a Christian lifestyle. Mouton has been active in church ministries throughout Louisiana and North Carolina for over 20 years. She was also featured in the WHO's WHO in Black Charlotte 2009.
As a cancer survivor, Mouton has ministered to hundreds of women and youth at churches, conventions and conferences throughout the country. She also continues to use her business savvy to empower others. Most recently, she founded Kingdom Development Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to community development through business incubation initiatives, mentor services, personal and professional development workshops. Mouton holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Administration and Management and Child Development from Southern University of New Orleans and the University of Phoenix, respectively. Her latest ventures are the WISE Signature Collection a line of cosmetics to enhance the beauty within all women. The cosmetic line is in collaboration with Nestal Cosmetics®.
A proud New Orleans, Louisiana native, she currently resides in Charlotte, NC. Mouton is the mother of a daughter.
